At Little Giant Finance, we work with both Full Doc and Low Doc home loans — so no matter your income situation, we can help you get the finance you need.
Full Doc loan is the standard option offered by major banks, requiring recent tax returns, financials, and income evidence.
A Low Doc loan, on the other hand, is designed for self-employed clients or those with more complex income — allowing you to qualify using a self-declaration of income and an accountant’s letter confirming it’s realistic.
While Low Doc loans usually attract a slightly higher rate (typically around 0.6%–0.9% above major bank rates), they can offer a flexible, fast, and practical solution when traditional paperwork just doesn’t fit your situation..
